Description

We are the second owners of this well cared for RV and have had it for 6 years. This 2002 Winnebago Brave 32V has 2 slideouts (bedroom and living room) and is very spacious when they are opened. We have also quickly overnighted in spots where it wasn't possible to open them, and it is also perfectly livable with the slideouts closed. The slideouts work perfectly and have never given us any issues. There is tons of storage both underneath and inside. We loved the layout of this RV with a closed door bathroom stall separate from the sink and shower. It is also easy to privatize the whole bathroom area with pocket door and bathroom door.

Workhorse chassis with a 8.1L Chevy V8 and 52,211 miles on the odometer. It has a 3 way water heater (runs off of propane, electric and will heat while driving off of the engine). The fridge/freezer works off of electric and propane and is in perfect working order. The 3 burner range and microwave also work perfectly. This RV has been regularly garage maintained. The Onan 5500 gas generator was serviced in June. All lap sealant on roof redone within the year and bathroom skylight replaced. It has two roof A/C's as well as two Fantastic Fans. The parking brake is fully serviced and fully operational. Just passed NY state inspsection.

Upgrades: Large side awning replaced 2 years ago, all lap sealant on roof and skylights redone in 2019. Full brake job with new hoses, new lines all 4 new calipers and brake pads just completed (a $4,000+ repair). Generator serviced in June 2020 (new air filter, oil filter and oil in last 6 hours). Hot water heater serviced and put in new anode June 2020. New struts on all underneath compartments. New wired, color backup camera. Replaced tube TV with flat screen. New stereo inside and outside. New queen  size mattress. New commode in 2019.

Known problems: Though she has been very reliable for us, there are small issues - electronic leveling jacks drop and perform fine. There is one that needs further leverage (we use a floor jack) in order to retract back into the RV. We have done research and have a lot of info on this repair for the new owner. Vinyl decals on the outside of the RV are faded, cracked and peeling.
