Description

Nice used family motorhome for the price. It can use either 30/50 amp power. Two rooftop A/C units which in my opinion is required for Florida summers. 30 amp can run one unit with other items or 50 amp can run both. The odometer and speedometer are metric so they are in kilometers and kph respectively. MPH is subset on the speedometer. Everything literally works and just needs some updating/upgrading. No leaks and the hydraulic leveling jacks both work. We use this motorhome to the beach and is a good place to escape the sun and rinse off. Last summer we went on a tour of the Southeastern US from Gainesville, Missouri, North Carolina and back to Floridano issues whatsoever.

Cons: The generator runs but is old, not installed and needs a new exhaust. Not a big deal if you keep it in a park and do not plan on boondocking. The steps for the entrance do not extend and could be a fuse. The fuse box cover in the engine compartment is not there BUT the main power switches are fine. I use store bought propane tanks (which come with the sale) to run the propane stove, refrigerator, and hot water heater. Its hard to find a place that can fill the main tank. Roof ladder is missing but I use a regular telescopic ladder to get on top that does not come with the sale. Dings and scratches commensurate with the age.
