Nice clean unit with no issues.  10 ply tires.  Custom mattress not included.  We liked our 2015 Cougar 21 RBS so much we purchased this one to leave in Florida but those plans did not work out.  Pulls very easy and fits in smaller camp sites.  We have had it stored under a shelter and I believe the original owners did also.  The 2020 model is a 22 RBS but I think it is the same size.  GVW varies depending on which site you look at.  5,200 - 5,600 lbs empty. This model has the full FG cap w/ stone guard finish on lower portion.  It also has the 2 large drawers which was eliminated in newer models.  Very large kitchen and bath for this size unit and lots of storage.  This model will accomodate a King size bed but we prefer a Queen.  This unit has the ladder and manual stabilzer jacks and LED awning lights as well as the aluminmum step upgrade.
