Very clean and in excellent condition!
I'm an insurance adjuster and my wife and I used this RV while traveling around Florida and the Carolinas. Lately I've been working more from home and not using the RV enough to justify keeping it.

The Floorplan is very open and roomy with a full size kitchen. There are two barstools under the bed that go to the kitchen bar. They're brand new as we never had use for them. There are lots of cabinets and storage areas throughout the kitchen and living room. 

The couch pulls out into a bed and both chairs in the living area are recliners. All the furniture is in excellent condition and very comfortable!

Bedroom fits a real king size bed or you can use an RV king and have room for the two (included) attachable nightstand shelves. Current mattress is a memory foam king and comes with the RV upon request. Large outdoor mat (matches RV) comes with the RV upon request as well.
