One owner, used only once. We discovered we're really not camping people. Like new condition, air, fridge, toilet, shower, microwave, cook stovetop, nice queen bed, dinette table & seats, side couch, lots of storage.  Light weight and easy to pull (even with a 4 cylinder truck). Some camping extras included in sale:  jacks, black water tank (never used), tire stops for parking, sway bar for pulling, etc.
