Selling our beautiful 2013 Fleetwood Discovery 40G. No pets and no smoking. We just put new Michelin tires on it this year, and 6 new house batteries last fall. Whomever the new owner is, I will pay to transfer the remaining extended warranty coverage contract to them. It expires January 29, 2021. The contract is the platinum coverage, which is pretty much like a factory warranty we have found. This RV also has Magne Shade front coverings installed. We get so many compliments of how well they look on the RV. We have all 5 that cover the front and side widows up front. We also have installed Bose soundbars for the mid-cabin and rear TVs. 
The coach has all of its services completed for this year and runs great. I have included a picture of the build sheet that gives all the information about the coach. If you’re like me and have wife and 17-year-old, the space is so nice to spread out. We have spent a few weeks this year working remote remotely in the RV and it was so nice.
