Like new, original owner 2013 Redwood 36RL.   Used for vacations only 3-4 times per year.  When used it was only towed 10 miles to & from storage to our destination.  No smoking.  Coach has many extras.full body paint with gel coating, 6 point automatic leveling jacks, king bed, granite countertops, two 15,000 BTU air conditioners, dual pane windows, slide out awning toppers, electric awnings, central vac, convection microwave, dishwasher & refrigerator with ice maker.  We have been super pleased with this coach.  It is very well made.  We are only selling to get a different floor plan for our family.  Coach is stored in Arroyo Grande but we live in Bakersfield.
