Well cared for and maintained and is in fantastic condition. Beautiful Corian counter tops, stainless appliances including deluxe 4 door refrigerator/freezer with ice maker! Day/night shades. Upgraded furnace, dual AC and hot water heater for maximum output. Updated LED lighting throughout. Built in entertainment system with exterior hook ups and two flat screen TVs. Upgraded king memory foam mattress. Kept plugged in and heated/cooled year round. Furniture shows no wear. Awning is power with wind sensor and has no damage. Super comfortable Flexsteel captains chairs with memory foam. Tons of lighted storage. Power steps. Toilet is porcelain rather than the cheap plastic. Plenty of fresh, grey and black capacity. We put all new (6) tires on it when we bought it about 5 years ago. Brand new batteries. Tows beautifully. Too many things to list them all! This coach is absolutely beautiful! It truly pains me to give it up but it doesn't suit all our needs at this time.
