Description

We have created MANY great memories with this trailer.  Now it's your turn, and you can do it on Day One.  I'll even throw in the weight distribution hitch if you can use it.  2-1/2" receiver for the head.  Ready to go!

The condition of the trailer is excellent.  100% operational.  Tires have about 7000 miles on them and have plenty of tread left as pictured.  Asthetically, I'd like to think this is better than average for a bunkhouse, which means kids.  I did NOT let my kids destroy the trailer.  No stains.  No dents.  No tears.  There is a small scuff on the flooring on both sides where the slide comes in.  (Don't let your five year old "ride" the slide when moving it in or out.)  It isn't noticeable unless you know it's there. but hey, full disclosure.  The graphics look great, too!

The trailer was built with the upgraded AC and furnace, sleeper sofa, huge power awning, black tank cleaning system, power tongue jack (priceless!), power stabilizing jacks, and bike, cargo, or generator rack at the back bumper.  I HAVE ALL PAPERWORK that came with the trailer.  It comes with the TV, DVD player, power cord, etc.  Like I said, it's ready to go.  Put sheets on the beds, grab some clothes and food and you're off to Yellowstone.

Here's the extras I've bought or made that I'm including if you want them.
Fastway 4 Weight Distribution Hitch with 2-1/2" head.
New high quality cover (just replaced the old one and haven't used new one yet)
2 15' sewer hoses.
Black tank flush hose.
Fresh water hoses, water pressure regulator, water filter.
Surge protector and 50A to 30A dogbone.
Stabilizing jacks for the slide-out.  Stabilizing jack for the step.  (makes the trailer REALLY solid, no wiggles)
Aircraft style rubber chocks.
Chocks for in between the tires, too
Gallons of unopened winterizing fluid.
All the blocks and pieces of wood I travel with.
Likely some other stuff I'm forgetting.

We aren't getting out of the game completely.  We love this style of vacationing, but are moving up to a Class A or C and don't know if we'll be 50A or 30A, single axle or double. So, essentially what's in the trailer in the way of helpful tools goes with the trailer.

When it comes time to meet you, the buyer, I'm happy to help you set up the weight distribution hitch properly and I'm happy to offer support over the phone or locally when it comes time to winterize.  Happy to THOROUGHLY go over trailer with you until you're sick of me talking.
