Selling with the following after market items (included in price): 2 TVs, Goodyear tires, Camco 55301 30 Amp Voltage Protector, 30 Amp power cord extension, Husky weight distribution hitch/bars, hitch lock, X Chocks, homemade window heat barriers, brand new battery, full propane tanks, and a sewer house.

Only problems include a missing cosmetic plastic piece on the awning which doesn't effect function and the water heater only works on propane even though it's an electric / propane heater - otherwise it's in great shape and ready for a new owner.
