This lovely RV has taken our family on many memorable trips to enjoy time outside with family and friends. We are the original owners and unfortunately, our needs have changed and we need to get a different RV. It has been well maintained and no one has ever smoked in it. 

The garage was used to carry dirt bikes and mountain bikes and the usual camping gear.  The garage loading door turns into a fully fenced party deck with an awning to protect you from the sun or rain. We found this deck to be something that we used regularly and loved! We also had the dealer add an additional large awning over the garage man door area for added sun and rain cover. 

You can easily sleep 7 between the 2 bunk beds in the garage, 1 loft bed in the main living area, and the upgraded memory foam Queen mattress in the master bedroom.

The kitchen has more storage than you will know what to do with it. You can easily pack a week or more worth of food in the 8 cubic feet refrigerator and freezer. 

The onboard 5500 Cummins Onan generator will make your life so easier with an electric start from right inside the RV control panel. No need to go outside at night to turn off the generator or first thing in the morning to make your cup of coffee. 

This RV has ample basement/compartment storage for a power cord, water hose, tank dumping supplies, chairs, a table, grill, etc. We fit a 22 inch Blackstone griddle and base under there with no problem. 

The water storage capacity is fantastic freshwater tank 112 gallons, gray water tank 82 gallons, black water 82 gallons. 

There are two 14.2 gallon propane bottles on board.

A 30-gallon fuel station to keep your toys fueled up and generator running.  

We have towed this RV with a 2017 Ford F350 long bed.
