Stored indoors and well cared for.  This is one of the few pops ups with a flush toilet, indoor shower, air conditioning, and a power lift roof.  Sleeps 8 with one king sized bed, one queen, a fold out couch and convertible dining area.  Barely used, it is still on the first propane fill up.  It also has electric heat, 16,000 Btu propane heater, 3 way refrigerator, outdoor shower, 2 burner portable cook top, front storage rack, and 10 foot awning.  It fits in most residential garages.
