This is a Microlite 21 foot tow behind. It is a 2017, purchased new in January of 2018 from Register RV in Brooksville, FL. Due to changes in life circumstances we never actually used it but our son and daughter in law used it once, 210 miles round trip. It has been parked in our yard, but has been meticulously maintained. Many extra features include 16 foot power awning, outside gas grill (it's never been out of the box), all LED lighting, power tongue jack, Zamp solar charging connection, dual propane tanks, outside TV hookup and mount, outdoor shower, internal water filter, heated mattress with remote, outside weatherproof speakers, DVD player, ample storage, microwave, AM/FM, powered slide out, electric assist brakes, and much, much more. You need to see it to appreciate it. Husky anti-sway towing system included ($600 value). It has a dual axle and electric assist brakes. New battery two months ago. The propane tanks are over 3/4 full.
