I am the original owner and only used 6-8 weekend trips per year.  Dry weights is 6,568 pounds.  I have towed this easily with my F-150 with the 5.4 V8.  Tanks sizes are 44 gal fresh, 30 gal black and 62 gal grey.  The unit was an order so it didn’t sit on a lot and has virtually every option offered plus many more extras. Non-smokers, and never cooked in.  All cooking was done outside.  PLenty of sleeping options, Queen bed, 2 bunks, dinette colapses to a bed, and the sofa folds out to a bed.  PRICED LOWER THAN NADA LOW RETAIL VALUE, (NADA price report in photos) even with extras included as noted below.
