My wife and I bought this travel trailer, brand new, in 2016 to serve our housing needs during a stint of travel nursing. We have permanently moved and no longer need the trailer. We bought this trailer in Washington State, since then the trailer has seen travel from Washington to Oregon to Connecticut to South Carolina, and has been in Florida since then. As we were living in campgrounds across the county we barely used the facilities within the trailer, and included in the purchase is a mobile grey dump tank big enough to empty one full tank at a time. The trailer will come with a memory foam mattress we purchased to replace the stock mattress. We are non smokers. The slide encompasses most of the length of the trailer and the awning motor has been replaced. Also included in the purchase is a weight distribution hitch and sway bar, wheel chocks, 2 slide support jacks, a power extionsion cord, leveling blocks, tire covers and a ten foot sewage hose. We towed the trailer across the country with a Chevy Silverado 1500 4x4 and didn’t have issues with weight even in mountainous terrains. We had some special memories during our travel time and hopefully it will help someone else create new memories. There has only been one incident with the trailer, which was minor, causing one of the front stabilizer jacks to come loose, although it is still fully functional and operational. The trailer sleeps up to 6, with a queen size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size pullout couch in the living space, and a dinette that converts to sleep up to 2.
