Moved to a park model so our fifth wheel is for sale. Huge storage! Too many features to list, so I've supplied the original brochure and dealer sticker. Spacious pantry and lots of drawers in the kitchen. Separate shower from commode and extra sink in bedroom. Priced below market as the sleeper sofa needs recovered due to the cheap vinyl surface coming off. Two Lazy-Boy leather recliners. TV may have to be replaced too - worked fine on cable but doesn't work now, (or maybe I did something wrong)! Propane generator with less than 6 hours of use - just monthly starts to check. Self seeking satellite system was never used. New battery.  Vinyl laminate flooring throughout two years ago. New toilet and faucet this spring. No leaks, roof checked often. Trailair pin box cuts down movement in your truck. Interior rugs stay, tripod and outside rugs are not included. Unit is now in storage. No REASONABLE offer refused!
