Description

This trailer has been single owned by our family.  In May of this year we replaced the refridgerator, tires, 2 new marine batteries, and had the bearings repacked.  Last year in June we also replaced the awning with an upgraded one which is much nicer than the original.  It will last you for many years.  We have maintained this trailer with regular service.  The roof is about 3 years old as well.  We upgraded the size of the TV on the inside to the largest it can handle.  We also upgraded the bunk house with 3 inch memory foam and the master bedroom has a queen size sleep number which make it feel like home away from home.  The sleep number was $1600 and is still in great shape.  Additionally we recently  purchased a brand new inflatable bed for the fold out couch.  Everyone will sleep comfy in this trailer as we have for many years.  Last year we also put LED lights in some of the lamps (Exterior and interior lamp) so it is more efficient but just as bright.  We have loved this trailer for many years and we hope some lucky buyer will do so as well.  Some key features that are nice are listed below.  This is not a standard off the sales lot trailer, we have put some TLC into it to make it a nicer living space for family and friends. The mileage is relatively low was we have only driven it within a 200 mile radius with most of our trips about 60 miles or less.  We are estimating it is about 7,000 miles on the trailer but we are not sure.

-Very Large underneath storage.
-Outdoor mounting for TV.  You can detatch the interior TV and with the same mount walk it outside and slide it into the exterior mount to enjoy TV outside.
-Plenty of sleeping space.  We always travel with a large group of people/kids and this trailer sleeps 10 comfy.
-Outdoor stove with 2 burners.  Just unlock the integrated enclosure and your 2 burner stove pops right out.  You hook it up to the gas line right below and away you go with some outdoor cooking.
-On/Off Electrical switch to save batteries during storage.  This is not a standard option on the trailer so we had it installed after.  It helps keep your batteries powered and ready to go.

With that being said, there are normal wear and tear on this trailer.  The front is slightly faded from storage but the other 3 sides still sparkle when we clean it.  There are minor scratches on the interior but nothing that jumps out as excessive.  Check out the pictures and we are happy to provide more if you want.
