I am the original owner of this 39 foot Sandpiper RV by Forest River.  Other than some peeling decals, the RV is in EXCELLENT condition. Firestone tires have minimal tread wear. New RV Battery. The inside is immaculate. Never cooked in, never smoked in, and never had a pet in it. The rear bedroom has an RV king bed with its own sink and private toilet. Plenty of storage with 2 closets and 6 drawers and large over the bed storage.  Kitchen area has booth dining table, can convert into a bed. Appliances are microwave, oven and range, and large refrigerator that runs on either electric or propane. Plenty of storage for food in the pantry. The couch converts into hide-away air pump inflated queen size bed with 2 large storage drawers below and 3 above.  Shower has a skylight and the bathroom area has double doors for privacy. Main toilet has a power fan on roof vent. Front bunk room has 4 beds, one is a double, the other 3 are singles. Plenty of closet space and drawers for storage. I also installed a SECOND 9000 BTU air conditioner in the front bunk room.  Each bedroom and living area are wired for TV, living room has a flat screen TV and a radio with DVD/CD player with speakers inside and out.

Brand NEW RV battery. Outside has a shower. It is wired for over the air signal, cable and satellite. LARGE pass through storage at the front of RV and a second front storage near the hitch. Propane is supplied by two 30 pound tanks. There is a second small refrigerator on the side of the RV and another storage area at the rear of the unit. Roof access by ladder, and rear bumper can store sewer hose.  Both bedrooms are slides and the main living is a slide-out, all 3 have slide awnings. Rear has crankdown scissor jacks for leveling and the front jacks are powered and had individual controls.  It is wired for 50 amp service, and has a 10 gallon electric/propane water heater.  Outdoor awning is electric. There are 2 black tanks and seperate grey tanks for shower and kitchen. 54 gallon freshwater tank & water pump. 108 black water capacity and 108 grey water capacity, both heated tanks.
