Description

For sale is our 2007 Newmar 3912, built on the Spartan Mountain Master chassis with 400 HP Cummins Engine and Allison transmission. The coach has 66,500 miles and 7.5 Onan Generator has 1300 hours. I included the option sheet for this motorhome in the pictures and all the specs are available online. This is a well built, reliable motorhome that we have maintained as if we would own it for a lifetime. We are selling only because our RV needs have changed. It is perfect for full time living or vacation travel, with extensive storage capacities for cargo and fresh/waste water. It sleeps five people comfortably. We bought this motorhome five years ago and made some tasteful, professional interior updates that include dimmable lighting fixtures, modern, neutral themed wall accent / art updates, valances recovered in high quality vinyl, new TV and a washer/dryer. Unlike most RVs, this motorhome has a very good combination of durable, timeless interior materials to withstand constant use, including solid counters, high quality vinyl flooring in the living room area (much more practical, durable and easier to clean than carpet), solid wood table and cabinets. All systems on this motorhome work as intended. The exterior condition is very good for a 13 year old motorhome, Newmar used high quality, full body clear coat paint that still looks very good. The roof is in very good shape, we conducted regular maintenance to ensure all seals are solid, there has never been a water leak in this motorhome. The batteries still have life remaining.  The tires (Michelin) have plenty of tread remaining, but will need to be replaced in a year or two simply because of age, I factored this in the asking price. Also, the window by the driver and in the entry door are beginning to fog slightly, but this is common and can be easily replaced. Included are high quality exterior window covers for the front L/R side windows and windshield, I included a pic. There is a satellite unit installed as well, but we never used it. There are 3 TVs in the motorhome, one in living area, one in bedroom and one exterior and the Sony 5.1 sound system produces surprisingly high quality audio. The motorhome is also set up to flat tow a vehicle. Overall, this is an exceptional motorhome that I would not hesitate to travel and live full time. It is not quite as shiny as a brand new Newmar, but it has all the same basic quality, functions and capabilities, and doesn't cost $400K.
