Furnace, AC, Refridgerator all working, no leaks.  Bought used and serviced regularly at Gayle Kline.  In really good shape, some sun fading on the outside stenciling. As is.  Reese 5th wheel hitch available (no rails) for $500.00 over trailer price.  Ask for more pictures.
