Great condition!  I am only selling for a different layout.  I have owned it 8 months and it was owned by only one person before me and was stored inside most of its life until the last couple of years.  No smoking.  Clean title, low miles!  Easy to drive, park and operate!  Tons of inside/outside storage, including lighted outdoor storage under beds (Huge!)  Since I moved in it has been updated with new fresh paint and other decorative touches as well as vinyl plank flooring has been installed.  The motor on the central furnace went out and I am currently having that serviced by an RV technician to have it replaced.  Last November I paid a mechanic to check it out bumper to bumper and everything was taken care of that needed to be serviced as well as receiving an oil change.  I have not driven too much since then to need a new one yet.  The generator engine does not work and needs to be replaced but everything else runs like new!
