Ready to use unit, pretty much original furnishings, so shows some wear, but still very nice inside.    Lighting has been upgraded to LED, generator, refrigerator, water heater, both AC units, both furnaces, range and microwave all work.  New airbags on rear suspension two years ago, front air boosters new this year, tires all 50% or better, front brakes replaced less than 5000 miles ago rear electric fuel pump new two years ago.  Retractable electric cord fully functional.   454 gas engine runs perfectly, 110,130 miles on the odometer which is correct.  Unit has hydraulic leveling jacks that work perfectly.    Water system fully functional, no leaks in the holding tanks. Last big trip was from NE Indiana to Little Rock AR, two years ago, performed flawlessly.    Noisey engine driven cooling fan replaced by electric fans makes driving much more pleasant.   Toilet was replaced 3 years ago.   Mini blinds have been replaced with double roller blinds and curtains, see pictures.   Very little rust underneath on frame, exhaust system, fuel tank, LP tank. Issues:
One dent in right rear, from original owner on first attempt to back into his driveway. 
Carpet has some stains.
Built in blender motor works and but has none of the accessories.
Built in Icemaker used to work, but control gear motor needs to be freed up as it has stuck from lack of use, refrigeration portion works fine.
Cruise control does not work, would need an aftermarket unit to restore operation.
Engine driven AC has not worked since I owned it, I removed the condenser coils to improve cooling, but still have them. 

In summery, a classic that still works, and would be a great unit to restore to its former glory or to just enjoy like it is.
