Like new, used only a few times, in pristine condition. Perfect couple's trailer. Includes  weight distribution hitch with anti-sway bar, gas grill that attaches to side of trailer,  2 propane tanks, batteries, electric awning and Morryde stairs. A/C very cold. One slide-out for U-shaped dinette which converts to bed, two pantries, 2 closets, sofa with recliner-like leg rests, Queen size Murphy bed with heated mattress. 3 burner gas stove with large oven, microwave, tv radio with dvd/cd player, 3 zone speakers including outdoors. Bathroom has radius style shower with glass doors, medicine cabinet and linen closet. This is a great little trailer selling because we upgraded to go full-time.  Has never needed any repairs, very solid!
