Downsizing to the van life!

I have loved my motorhome for three years and thoroughly enjoyed it without issues! I keep all service up-to-date and just had it fully inspected by Gibbs RV to ensure everything is working perfectly.

This thing is loaded! Even has an outdoor television (which is awesome for under the stars movie watching), an outdoor kitchen with sink, refrigerator and hook up for your propane bbq (which is included as well!).

Mattress is still sealed in the original plastic and was only used with a 4 inch topper on it.
Newer heavy duty house batteries (2) so you can stay longer periods without hook ups. Also just replace the engine battery with a heavy duty.

I am asking low bluebook $55,000 firm.
