I am selling a Cedar Creek fifth wheel. The unit is loaded central vac, fireplace, six-point auto level system, power awning, two TV's surround sound, lazy boy recliners, and a king size bed. The 36RE is just short of 40 feet in length and gross loaded weight of 15,500. The unit was purchased new at Three Way Campers and has been maintained there until 2019. The main awning was replaced last year and the slide out toppers this year.

The six-point tow vehicle is a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado LT Crew Cab 2500 HD, Duramax/Allison drive train.  I am including the electric break controller and the 16K 5Wheel slider hitch. The truck has less than 110,000 and was maintained at a Chevy dealership. I purchase both the fifth wheel and tow vehicle new and the dealers can provide maintenance records if needed. We used the camper quite a bit and yes if you want you can live it the unit with no trouble.
