This is a very clean Fifth Wheel trailer, everything works perfectly. The Dodge truck is also available to purchase with the trailer.
The air conditioners are working, the refrigerator is working, the gas stove is working, the electric fire place is working, the gas furnace is working, the microwave/convection oven is working, replaced inverter 2020, water heater 2016, (3) slide outs working, has (2) TV`s, replaced (3) plastic floor grilles with metal grilles, installed new kitchen exhaust vent, installed new A/C cover, new tires in 2018. This unit has been stored in completely enclosed storage, not stored in the outside in the sun. The roof does not have any leaks, the roof was sealed and painted in 2016.
