Like new one owner lovingly cared for, no smoking.  Very easy to handle even when we drove it off the lot for the first time. Slide-out gives you roomy comfort for the dinette which converts into extra sleeping if needed. Kitchen area includes two burner gas stove top with glass cover, convection microwave oven,fridge and freezer and ample counter space. Plenty of storage in kitchen area and separate closet for clothes. Watch television (which pivots for viewing from all areas of the camper) from your Queen sized bed or enjoy music from the stereo with Bluetooth capabilities. Model has a wet bath with toilet and shower and also a handy outdoor shower. Manual awing is easy to use and outdoor speakers make for a setup to enjoy the night air. The dry weight is 2,756 lbs., which made it easy to tow with our SUV.  Many more features for this 20' home on wheels, great design and well made. This model has the door coming off the kitchen area not the bed area for greater privacy. The a/c and heat work perfectly for camping all year around!  I met several folks who commented on how impressed they were with our R Pod. Light enough for great trips, big enough to camp comfortably. We will include trailer cover, anti-sway bar, and weight distribution.
