There are 4 beds that can sleep up to 8 people with plenty of room for 2 dogs still :)  We have used it in the desert in the winter and the river in the summer.  Backup/rear camera for driving and only 10,166 miles.  Engine is Ford Triton V10 6.8 liter gas, 362 HP and 457 Ft lbs Torque, 5 speed automatic. Fuel is 80 gallon tank, fresh water tank is 50 gallons, greywater tank is 40 gallons, black water tank is 40 gallons.  167 hours on the generator and service was just completed on it at the beginning of the summer.  One (1) power slide.  50 amp shore power and all power cords included.

Interior:
Master bedroom has a king size bed with an extra mattress topper and storage under the bed.  Couch is a pull out and the air mattress for it comes with.  Power drop down overhead bunk uses an airmattess as well and comes with the coach.  Table turns into a bed as well and is the smallest bed, but has slept 2 people multiple times.  Great amount of storage throughout the coach.  One (1) TV in the master room and One (1) tv in the living area.  Table comfortable sits four average size adults.  Captain chairs turn and a table can be installed in between them easily for extra seating. Bathroom is good size and has storage for bathroom supplies. DVD and Blueray player.  3 burner stove with oven and overhead microwave.

Exterior:
Full body paint with gel coat and no decals.  Tires are filled with nitrogen and are original to the coach but still in good condition.  One (1) 60 watt solar panel has been installed on the roof.  Two (2) air conditioners.  Electronic awning with lighting.  One (1) exterior TV that is connected inside.  Multiple storage compartments inlcuding one (1) compartment that was originally a half outdoor kitchen with cabinet, sink and small fridge that we converted to storage only.  We have all original kitchen components and can reinstall prior to sale.
