This coach was a casualty of Hurricane "Sandy" in October, 2012 and has a "Salvage Title" and was sold at Auction in 2015 with 33,748 miles.  The new buyer had the Coach inspected and found that the batteries were no good and the Driver's side front compartment had a fuse panel that had water damage.  He replaced the batteries, tires and Fuse Panel and checked all of the wiring and had the Coach inspected again.  There are no signs of "Flood Damage".  They used the Coach for over 3 years and drove some 16,000 miles and indicate that they had no problems before we bought it.  We bought it with 50,000 miles on it in April, 2018, and have repaired a number of items and done a number of improvements but have not noticed any problems from "Flood Damage"
