All new furniture,(new Recliner sofa with double recliners, new hide away bed sofa, new dinette seating) new luxury vinyl flooring in the living area, new power awning and LED awning lighting with dimmer, new residential convention microwave for baking or microwaving. Has tile in kitchen and bath. Great condition inside and out.  8000 watt generator with roughly 2400 hours.  Has a 10,000lb hitch.  We haul a 6000lb tri-toon with it on occasion and you can't tell it's back there. Two ceiling ducted air conditioners with thermostat in bedroom and one in the living area, heat runs thru the floor vents.  Has full pass thru storage, exterior hookup for TV, has a hookup area for a washer/dryer in the bathroom hall closet if needed.  Lots of storage thru out.    Has 3M protection film on the front end, tires in great condition, new muffler, motorhome is stored inside in the winters.  Lots of room to walk thru to fridge and bath while slides are in.
