2007 Newmar Kountry Star 3916 -- DEAL PENDING

I am selling this for an elderly friend who has owned this since new.  It has become too much for him to handle.

With only 51,000 miles this unit with a Cummins IS-350 is in very nice condition.  Owner lived in it several winters in AZ and FL and when not in warm climates it spent it’s winters in heated storage.  It has been maintained very well—have most, if not all, service records.  All new tires in 2018 and they have excellent tread remaining almost a full ½ inch on all tires.  The body is full paint with excellent gloss.  The exception is the area on the front where there is a clear vinyl protective film.  This area shows some black spots (presumably bug stains) that cannot be removed from the film.  The interior is in very good condition.  Upholstery is in excellent condition with no tears or stains.   

I will not list every feature this unit has since one can look it up on factory specs.  I’ve included basic specs in the photos.  It has 2 central air units, a King bed, couch with folding bed, dinette and an unmounted swivel chair with ottoman.  It does not have washer/dryer, but has provisions for connections in the cabinet next to the closet.This unit drives exceptionally well and is in excellent mechanical condition.  The front end is tight and has no pulling tendencies.  The ride is excellent and acceleration and braking are impressive.This unit is priced $15K below NADA Average Retail and it will be hard to find one in such good mechanical condition.
