Don't be fooled by the price.  This is an amazing motorhome with lots of upgrades including brand new window treatments, new three way shades and new upholstery to match.  It also has an optional (built in but removable) desk making it great for doing a little business away from home.  It's obviously not new, but shows great inside and out.  We have made three extensive trips in the last three years and had this unit to the Great Divide in Colorado, Yellowstone and upper New York without a single breakdown or major problem.  Minor issues that were left by the previous owners have all been addressed and everything works just as it should.  It has two AC units (a brand new AC unit in the main cabin), a washer/dryer, autofind satellite dish, a new residential refrigerator, a 7.5kw diesel generator and we have replaced the wet bay floor (a common problem with Phaetons).
