The Reflection 308BHTS (bunkhouse model) is a 36’7” travel trailer with 50 AMP electrical service built by Grand Designs. It is one of the most (if not the most) well insulated travel trailers on the market. It has a 35k BTU high capacity furnace as well as an electric fireplace that not only has the fireplace look, but also blows out a rediculous amount of heat when connected to power. The RV has a double insulated roof and front cap, thermofoil wrapped frame and subfloor, heated and enclosed underbelly, ducted heat to pass thru the storage area, heated and enclosed dump valves, R-30 insulated floor, and R-34 insulated roof. This RV has seen its fair share of snow and sub- freezing temperatures and has never had issues with anything freezing and has kept our family warm and toasty through it all. There is an outdoor kitchen complete with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, and even a dual burner stove handily concealed in one of the drawers. There is a 13.5k BTU A/C ducted to all of the rooms and even wired for a second unit. There is an outside hose with sprayer and a factory installed 2” receiver for bike racks, etc. It has a 60 gal fresh water capacity, 75 gal gray water capacity and 43 gal black water capacity. There is an AM/FM/CD/DVD/Bluetooth stereo system with both indoor and outdoor speakers. The main TV was upgraded to a Samsung smart TV and is in front of the recliner chairs so you can look forward to watch TV or movies instead of craning your neck to the side to watch, which is how most travel trailers are designed. There is a second HD TV in the bunk room. The bunk room has two upper bunks, one of which folds up and latches securely so you can comfortably sit on the couch below it. This couch also folds down into a full size bed and then the padded bench opposite the couch can unlock, slide over, and lock into place forming a full size queen bed. There are three drawers beneath the couch, two cabinets beneath the TV and a large cabinet next to the bench seat. This bench seat also folds up to reveal more storage. The master bedroom has a large above- bed storage area as well as spacious storage beneath the bed. There are two wardrobe cabinets on either side of the bed as well. The master bed is an upgraded queen sized memory foam 60”x80” mattress.
