Thisi s a beautiful 30 foot travel trailer. The length overall (hitch to bumper) is 36 feet.  The box is 30.5 feet.  The super slide has a u=shaped dining area and a love seat.  The other slide is in the bunk room area in the back of the unit and has three beds.  There is an outside kitched with a two burner stove, refrigerator/freezer and a sink.  They are all tied into the trailers utilities.  Inside is a double sink, three burner stove with an oven below and a microwave above.  There is a pantry next to the large refrigerator/freezer that is next to the stove.  There is a bedroom forward with a queen sized bed.  There are day/night shades on all windows.  The flat panel TV rotates so it can be watched from either the living area or the bedroom.  It has a bull bath with a tub with a shower, a toilet, a sink and storage.  The unit has a single a/c that is ducted and works great.  This a a 30 amp unit, so you will not get upcharged for a 50 amp space at an RV Campground.  All the components work great ans all the instruction manuals are present.  The audio systed has inside and outside speakers.  There are lights along the outside edge of the awning.  The original weight of the unit is 7550 pounds, dry.  Electric stabilizer jacks and a spare tire/cargo/bike rack were added by the dealer.  The dry weight 9with add-ons) is about 9000 pounds.   It is currently towed by a Toyota Tundra with a V8 engine.  This is a very nice trailer that has been used lightly.  It was recently detailed on the outside and it shines like new.  The owners are moving out of state and must leave it behind.  They are motivated to sell, but, they are not going to give it away.  The shore power cord plugs into the side of the trailer.  There is no 'hole' in the side/end of the trailer for the cord to be pulled from.  One less opening in the side of the trailer.   The top of the trailer is like new.  (See the picture)
