It has an upgraded Whisper quite 15,000 BTU AC and it definitely keeps this small trailer chilly. Tv easily comes off and can be placed outside for entertainment while grilling on your outdoor griddle. We also purchased a regular grill that is  included. Has aqua view shower miser water saver. Heated tanks. Walkable roof. Power tongue jack. Built in WiFi booster and wired for solar. Will consider reasonable offers.
