NOTES: Unit comes with all standard options. The furniture doesn't have a spot on it and there's new theater seating that's brand name. We didn't like the other set. We added benches at the table to use for extra storage. This unit is kept under awning and the only reason we are selling is to upgrade to toy hauler for a motorcycle. If you look this unit up for pricing, you aren't going to find it at this price, and with these extras. This unit is also a half year model, 2018.5. They aren't out there. Message me for a viewing.
