This camper has been well kept and maintained. Unfortunately (despite all of my best effort to prevent), a water leak has recently developed and has caused a bubble on the interior ceiling (photos updated on posting). The leak has been reviewed and sealed by the dealer I originally bought it from. As a result the price has been lowered.  

Removable skirting, all accessories (e.g. power cable, dump hoses, water hose, etc.), hitch, and sway bars are included.
