As you can see, this 2016 265RLDS is an excellent floorplan with dual opposing slides, a kitchen island, and a huge rear window, and this particular coach has been well-kept and well-maintained. It's been brilliant for us in terms of quality and comfort; we're only selling it to get another Surveyor. Front and rear doors give great access to either the main cabin or the bedroom/bathroom, and the rear bike rack and under-mounted spare tire are great space saving efficiencies that just increase the utility of this luxury coach. The bluetooth sound bar has 4 individual zones, including outdoors, and the awning LEDs are an excellent enhancement for those late night card games. The floor-ducted heat and enclosed underbelly make for a much longer camping season, and the ceiling-ducted AC blows ice cold. The outdoor shower is used about as often as the indoor shower. The twin 20-lb LP tanks run everything effortlessly, including the 2-way refrigerator/freezer, and having one termination valve for both grey and black tanks, plus the black tank flush, is another set of huge wins. All the locks, lights, cabinets, pulls, clamps, and other features are in good working order. The TV antenna is out of service, but you'd likely be using coax or streaming to HDMI anyway, and being able to mount the TV inside or outside is a great "kid management" tool! The gelcoat on the nosecone shows some fading but there are no structural or other flaws in it. In the last year, it's had a new power tongue jack and a new tire (due to puncture). The original window curtains and rods, as well as Forest River original bed linens, are included. The bike and the camping furniture, linens, and dishware shown here are not being sold with the coach, and the decals can be removed.
