2006 Itasca sunrise made by Winnebago it has 22500 miles on it and it is 35.6 feet long with two slides. It sleeps six the couch has an electronic control on it that will flatten into a queen size bed or just a manual pull out for your feet. The couch also adjust at an angle for your back if you want to lounge. The two front seats swivel round so you have more seating when you have company in the RV. It comes with two TVs and a full Soundsystem throughout the RV. It has a undercarriage air conditioner and furnace system that work great and also built-in back up cameras and screen in the front as well as two built-in side cameras for easy backing up or turning in different lanes on the road. It has a microwave that is also a convection oven plus there is a 3 top burner with a built-in sturdy cover that matches the kitchen counters and an oven below that, with a large drawer under the oven & under the refrig. The dinette also makes into a bed and has storage under the seat cushions. There is also a lot of storage throughout the RV inside and out and one nice thing about the outside storage is the storage compartments pull out with the slide out so that you don’t have to go under the slide out to get to your compartments, all the storage compartments outside also have working locks. There are four pull out  pantry’s in the kitchen area, And a refrigerator will work off electric, propane or the generator. The generator is a Onan Marquis Gold 7000 with only 400 hrs on it, also in great working order. There is an outdoor radio and speaker and cable hook up for TV. There is a wind sensor, and an electric awning with remote control. There are five awnings total on the RV, some over the windows.Hydraulic electric jacks and we have recently bought snap pads for all four of those all in good working order. There is an emergency door at the driver seat and built-in desk at passenger seat. There is also solar panels for charging  the 3 three batteries. The kitchen has decent counterspace, a fold down counter if needed and double stainless steel sink with a new sprayer faucet. There is also a separate faucet for filtered drinking water, with a brand new filter. Most of the lighting has been changed out to LED. There is also two small side tables next to either side of the bed and outlets on both sides and a drawer under each as well as Storage under the queen size bed. The bedroom comes with a  large closet with lots of hanging space & storage underneath, with 4 doors with mirrors and a dresser. There is also a washer dryer combo and it works wonderfully. There is also an inverter in the RV which we have found very valuable and for walkie-talkies that have a built-in charging station. There are six tires we bought for the RV a little wider than normal for better stability 3,400 miles ago. We also just replaced all the shocks and the stabilizer bar. Our asking price is $ 49,000.
