I am perfectly happy with this camper.  There is nothing wrong with it. I can afford to keep it, that being said I would like to sell because I would like to upgrade to a class A. that is the only reason. Because of this I will not entertain any low ball offers. Cash offers dont really help either I have a loan on it so the deal will go through the bank anyway. 
Due to my work schedule the best day to see this unit is on Sunday
