This is a great trailer for a family! It's a hybrid, where the three queen size beds fold down, like in a popup camper, the dinette folds down into a full size bed, and the couch folds down (it's short, but a small child can sleep on it). It has a bathroom with shower, indoor stove, oven, microwave, stereo system, dvd,TV, indoor/ outdoor speakers, refrigerator with freezer, furnace, air conditioning, electric powered awning, hydraulic lift/hoist to raise/lower the tongue, protective coating on the surface of the trailer. It was only used 3 times.
