This is a self-contained fully-equipped camper trailer, with extras. Used very little, excellent condition. Folds down for streamlined towing, pops up with electric lift into hard-sided A-frame (critter- and thief-resistant).  Fits in a standard garage when folded down.

Fully-insulated composite construction (including an insulated floor) on heavy steel frame, fiberglass exterior. Electric trailer brakes are operated through standard 7-wire connection to towing vehicle's brake controller (not included).  Large pass-through "basement" storage compartment opens on both sides. Dual 20 lb propane tanks. Screened windows. Large skylights front and rear. "Fantastic" fan reversible roof vent.

Includes Wet Bath Package (interior shower and cassette toilet in fold-down enclosure, grey water tank, water heater, outside hot shower). Kitchen has dual sinks with upgraded faucet, three-burner propane stove, 3 cu ft automatic three-way refrigerator with freezer compartment, multiple storage drawers. Dinette seats 4. Actual queen-size permanent bed (60" x 80"). We replaced the original mattress with a much thicker high-quality queen mattress ($750). Bed tilts up with hydraulic assist to reveal three big storage trays underneath. Front dinette converts into 46" x 80" bed.

Includes a 16 KBtu propane forced-air furnace controlled by thermostat, propane water heater,
and an electric air-conditioner/heat pump that operates off shore power.
Fresh water tank capacity is 17 gallons, with a 12 volt water pump. We added a water filter.
Built-in Jensen AM/FM/CD/Bluetooth music center with speakers inside and outside.
Includes fire extinguisher, and carbon monoxide, LPG and smoke detectors.
Suitable for boondocking.
