Description

Great camping trailer with couch/bed slide out and double size pop up tent bed on the front.  Was my Dads which he left to me, I actually lived in it for 3 months during summer of 2015, and is comfortable space wise.  Has a great little kitchenette and bathroom, can sleep up to 10 but some of the bed spaces are shorter, meant more for children.  Has an attachable grill (in the black storage bag in the bathroom picture) slots to attach under awning.  Two tires of the four are new last year, but all are in good shape.

New overhead sky light in living area- After I lived in it, it sat unused for awhile and during that time the skylight hood/cover somehow got broken and some water damage occurred to the original kitchenette table (which we removed) and water on the floor cause some water damage and sponginess to areas of the  floor.  When we received it from my Dad, we had hoped to update and repair it completely but ran out of time before our military move and couldn’t take it with us.  Family members have camped in it last fall after our skylight repair, so we know it is now water tight, just still needs the repair to the spongy area of floor.

All kitchenette appliances work great, however the new faucet still needs to be installed (included just ran out of time to install).  One overhead light has a short (could just need the specialized bulbs) but all other lights work great.  The heater works wonderfully, it connects to the propane tanks.

The bathroom was all set up and working/refurbished when my dad purchased it, however we never actually used it (I used a bathhouse when I lived in it) so as far as I know everything should be working with that.

Would be a great fix up camper for those who either like projects or were planing to “update” a camper, or even those who may want to jump on the tiny house fad- however with the tent pop out it would be a challenge to winterize it for year round in colder climates.  It is functional as is, but a little TLC and it could be excellent!   If you have any questions please feel free to email me.
