Description

If you are looking for an affordable RV to see if you like doing this kind of thing or want a low price RV that someone else took the time to do some work on, then this is for you. It's in great shape considering it's over 20 years old. By the time you read this, it will have around 114,000 miles on it. Here's what has been done on it since February - Six new tires, new oil pressure switch, new transmission cooler lines, exhaust system completely replaced, new spark plugs, new engine battery, new house battery, new font disk brake calipers, new rear will cylinders, new idler arm, new front wheel bearings, axle seals, rear brake shoes, new bed mattress, new awning, new front, and rear vent covers, new vinyl plank flooring, new front clearance lights, new plumbing vent cover, roof cleaned and sealed, rear window sealed, rear seam repaired and sealed. Most RV's in this price range have lots of problems, this one has had them fixed and is ready for you to use. The engine runs great and cruises along at 70 mph no problem.
In full disclosure, it has some signs of use and age - Some of the repaired seams have been done with EternaBond RV Repair tape. It's good stuff but it doesn't have the most romantic curbside appeal. The refrigerator works while on propane just fine but is hit and miss on AC power. No big deal there as it does work. The AC will freeze you out at night. During a hot summer day it keeps it cool, but not an icebox. The generator runs great as long as the engine is running. If the engine is off, the generator cuts off after about 30 minutes. Water heater works great, but the trap primer does leak from time to time. The camper does not have any leaks, but during a large rainstorm when parked, the hood has leaked water into the passenger side of the cab from time to time. I believe I have fixed the problem, but to be safe putting a tarp over the windshield when storing it eliminates any worries. The paint job and exterior body are commensurate with 20 plus years exposed to the elements.
This is great for camping around Florida and the Southeast.
