Brand new RV , only used a handful of weekends due to Pandemic . RV is kept in pole barn for storage out of weather.  From the front on the RV  has a queen bed that sleeps 2 , a U shaped dinnette that sleeps 2 ,  a love seat couch that folds out and sleeps 2 and bunk beds in the rear that sleeps 2 more . Perfect RV for a large family . The unit has a single stainless steel sink , microwave  and a gas range . Also equipped with large combo refrigerator and freezer.  The camper has a 40" TV with Bluetooth speakers for indoor and outdoor usage.  On the outside  there is  a large side to side storage  in the front of the camper  18' electric awning with LED lights , outdoor kitchen with a fridge and freezer,  outdoor shower , and a second entrance from the outside to the 3 piece bathroom. Also there is a entrance in the rear of the camper where the bunkbeds are . The bottom bunk folds up and is great for storage for bikes. I am throwing in over $2800 in extra warranties that I purchased plus the warranties that come factory,   as long the sway bar and hitch set up which costs $700.
