We are selling our first trailer which was used a total of 2 months (approx 4400 mi) during 2018, pulled by a Chevy 1500 V8. Our business has grown, and we haven't been able to use it in more than a year.  The trailer has been stored on a concrete pad, with a covered pavilion for the entire ownership in Austin, TX.  It has been driven between Texas and Colorado during the summer & fall, and has not experienced any freezing winters or oceans. Due to living in Central Texas, it also has never been winterized. 

This unit is pristine, like new and very well taken care of.  The slide-out and windows have been lubed and maintained. The roof has been recently inspected and fresh sealant applied professionally.
