Like new condition, meticulously maintained. Detailed at VEI (best detailer in Dayton, Ohio) in 2019. Perfect family camper with the back bedroom that has bunk beds and a hideaway couch, plus theatre seats. It's great for sending the kids to the back to watch a movie while the adults play cards or watch a movie in the main living space. Very large basement for storage. Just about every option included. Rear camera is prewired, awnings over the slide outs, frameless windows. 

In the summer it lives at a campground near Springfield, Ohio. For the winter it is at a storge location near Miamisburg, Ohio. Our family comes to visit when possible in between kids sporting events. The camper is always cleaned before we leave.

Plenty of storage space in the kitchen, along with hookups for washer and dryer. There are electric fireplaces in the kitchen and back bedroom. On cool nights we use these fireplaces to warm the camper and save propane. For the hot summer days there are two air conditioning units that keep the interior very cold.

I upgraded the fifth wheel hitch to a Reese 16k gooseneck adapter because I don't want to tote a fifth wheel hitch in the bed of my truck. The Reese 16k adapter does not void the warranty from the manufacturer. The factory king pin is included and I can have it installed before delivery, but I will not be able to haul it once it is installed.

Our family loves this camper and really took care of it. We recently purchased a golf cart and would like to get a toy hauler fifth wheel to park the cart inside the garage while we are at our home.
