We bought our beautiful trailer new at the beginning of 2018 and have taken it on only three trips due to our daughter having a heart condition. It has real wood interior, not like some of the lower end units. It has a fireplace, outdoor shower, roof rack, heated recliners, electric stabilizing jacks, power hitch, king size bed, foldout couch, DVD player, 40 inch tv, microwave, oven, massive awning, outdoor led lighting, solar capable, mount for outdoor tv, electric control panel, no fading. The unit is 31.9 ft long and approximately 34-35 with the hitch.It has two slide outs. It sleeps 4 comfortably, we opted for the larger living space. You can sleep 6 with and air mattress and the master has rooom for a bassinet for a young child. The only issues are some water spots from the neighbors sprinklers than should be detailed and one door is off the track. We owe around $33,500 so I'll need to write a check to the bank for the difference. Have cash or financing available. Thank you for looking.
