This 31' camper is gently used and is full of upgrades.  Upgrades included are the main A/C from 13,500 BTU to 15,000 BTU, a second 13,500 BTU heat pump in the bedroom (added by a certified Forest River dealer), 40" TV in main area, 19" TV/DVD player in bedroom, and residential refrigerator.  The awning is in near perfect shape and this camper has a slide awning. There is a four bike rack on the back.  I have inspected the roof every few months and added Dicor where cracks showed in the lap seals.  It also has a Moryde pass-through storage tray.   Included in this cost is the best weight distribution/sway control on the market, the Equalizer.  The only reason we are selling is that we decided to upgrade to a 5th Wheel.  You have to see the photos to how good of shape this is in.   It has a 46 gal fresh water capacity, a 40 gal grey water tank, and 30 gal waste/black water tank.
