Nice, like new, bunkhouse camper. This camper is a 2016 model, but bought new in 2017. One owner!  This camper is 33'8" and the dry weight is 6100 lbs and GVWR is 7800 lbs. This camper is half ton towable and tracks very well.  Has electric tongue jack, but manual front and rear stabilizer Jack's.  An impact driver with a 3/4 socket works great for those of us who are in a hurry to get setup and started camping! We are non smokers, and my wife has OCD, so it has been deep cleaned after every trip.  Tires and battery are in great shape, and it has aluminum wheels.  It has opposing slideouts which creates an incredible open feeling in the living/ kitchen area. It has a 32" flat screen t.v which has a pivot mount that can be viewed in all directions. Bathroom is in the rear, and is equipped with a tub/ shower and a foot flush toilet.  Bathroom also is accessible from the outside,which is convenient when drinking by the fire! Comes with the full 60x80 queen bed. Not the small camper queen! Bedroom also has 2 slider doors that close it off from the living area. Hydraulic arms have been added to bed for convenience to storage underneath. Plenty of storage in this camper, with a huge pantry and linen closet. Cabinets above sofa and above and below t.v. also storage underneath dinette.  The only issue I've had is the awning light burnt out. I have replaced it. I love this camper, but as a father and husband, voices in my head are telling me to upgrade. I feel I have to listen! You will be happy with this camper, as I have been! Distribution hitch and sway bars also available.  Comes with gas grill and bumper mount.
